Calendars
We appreciate your business, and understand if the product you purchased from us is not what you were looking for. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns. A refund of the product purchase price ($11.99 on calendars) will be returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product in good condition. Easy Baby Memories recommends the use of the US Postal Service due to their reasonable rates. It is also recommended that the packing slip be returned with the item to ensure the refund is sent to the requesting customer. Please refer any questions to sales@easybabymemories.com
Duck Tape® Adhesive Rollers
This is to serve as our company's disclaimer that some adhesive rollers may be defective. The tape on the rollers will occasionally break, which causes the remainder of the roll to become unusable. If this occurs customers are welcome to return the defective roller(s) to us. Upon receipt of defective rollers we will ship out a new roller to the requesting customer, or give a partial refund of $2 per roller. It is recommended that a packing slip be returned with the defective item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please refer any questions to sales@easybabymemories.com
